A main villa, a two-storey zome sanctuary, and a cluster of guest zomes scattered through the trees — the retreat is being built in phases, starting with the core and expanding as the community around it grows.

Regenerative agriculture
Greenhouses, permaculture beds, an orchard, herb gardens, a small farm, and rotational grazing fields — the land itself is worked as a living system.
